Stephen Fulton Jr. is an American professional boxer. With the WBO championship since January 2021 and the WBC title since November 2021, he is the undisputed super bantamweight world champion. In 2019, he was the IBO super bantamweight champion.

Career
On October 14, 2014, Fulton faced off against journeyman Isaac Badger in his professional debut. He prevailed with a technical knockout in the second round. Following this triumph, Fulton signed a contract with Premier Boxing Champions. In the five years that followed, Fulton compiled a 15-0 record with six stoppage victories. The WBC formally approved Fulton’s petition to compete against Brandon Figueroa for the interim WBC featherweight title on November 9, 2022.
Fulton vs. Roman – On March 6, 2022, it was made known that Fulton will face Daniel Roman in his first title defence as a unified champion. Roman was at the time the mandatory challenger for the WBC super bantamweight title and the top-ranked super bantamweight contender. On June 4, 2022, in the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the main event of a Showtime broadcast card featured Fulton’s first title defence as the undisputed champion. In front of a sold-out audience of 4,695, Fulton proved why he was the -550 betting favorite by winning the bout by a large margin of unanimous decision.
Judge Nathan Palmer gave Fulton a score of 119-109, while judges Mike Fitzgerald and Patrick Morley gave him a 120-108 victory. With a 36% accuracy rate overall, he outpunched Roman 218 to 113 and 112 to 68 with power punches, respectively. Rey Vargas, the current featherweight champion, moved up in weight to compete for the vacant super featherweight title.
